•Caravan leaves from Phoenix at 1:00 PM on 3/14
•Drive time from Phoenix to Flagstaff: ~2.5 hours
•Nearest airport: Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX)

•Event #1 — Flagstaff (3/14–3/15)
•Little America Hotel, Flagstaff
•Check-in: 3:30 PM on Saturday 3/14
•Check-out: 10:00 AM on Sunday 3/15
•Cost: $212/room + taxes
•RSVP to guarantee that we hold a room for you, else you're on your own. We will hold your room with our credit card. Swap credit cards for payment when you arrive.
